Norman is the founder of Links International, which became a charity in its own right in 1985. Norman is now retired but as previous director of Links International, had traveled to 50 different countries. His original vision for Links was established after he made a visit to Ghana in 1979. Norman preaches and teaches both in the UK and USA where he has also founded and serves on the Board of Directors for Links USA. He continues to help people and churches to find their destiny in God, especially in the area of missions. Norman and Grace also led a church in Essex, UK, for 31 years.

Grace acted as a consultant to Links International prior to her retirement. She has traveled extensively both with Norman and in her own right, leading teams of women to such places as Mexico, India, Burundi, Ghana, and Sri Lanka.

Norman and Grace currently reside on the southern coast of England.
